Ideally positioned for boat trips on the Green Venice and to explore the region: La Rochelle is 40 minutes away, Puy du Fou 1 hour, Futuroscope 1 hour 15 minutes, and beaches 45 minutes. The house offers, on the ground floor, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with TV and board games, one bedroom with two single beds (or one king-size) and a baby bed, another bedroom with four single beds (or one king-size and two singles), two bathrooms, and two toilets. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with four single beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a toilet. Baby equipment is at your disposal. Enjoy a private garden at the back with outdoor furniture and barbecue, a secure front yard for cars, a locked garage for your bikes, and a shelter for motorbikes. Final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be arranged on request for an extra charge.
